The Santa Cruz Art League would like to acknowledge the members of the Santa Cruz Watercolor Society who entered work into the 84th Annual California Statewide Landscape Exhibition. It was the best show so far with high quality artwork from all regions of our beautiful state. The Juror, David A.Leffel, commented on the high degree of artistic excellence of the entries; his lecture and demo was well received. The winner this year was a watercolor by Art League member Curtis Mothershed, who received a check from the Art League for $5,000.
