Two wineries in Bordeaux will feature paintings by Ed Penniman painted on location at the individual wineries. Chateau Larre Bellevue, established in 1592 in Quinsac will bottle a wine named after the painting, “Les Trois Freres”, or the three brothers. The painting shows the owners three grandchildren in front of the chateau. Also, Chateau St. Esteve, established in 1860 in Corbieres, will feature a painting of the chateau with a statue of Ganymede in the courtyard entry. Both vintages will be released after four years in oak barrels. Ed plans to attend the wine release events in 2014.
