Watercolor Artists of Sonoma County – WASCO is proud to announce that we will have a Donna Zagotta Workshop – September 23 – 27, 2013. This will be the second workshop that Donna will give for us since the first workshop the previous week filled up almost immediately. This could be the last opportunity to take a workshop from Donna on the West Coast as she states this maybe her farewell West Coast workshop.
